GreenStar Council News for August 2025

Highlights from the August Council Meeting

At its August regular meeting, Council received information about ScienCenter, GreenStar’s August Partners for Change recipient and received the General Manager’s Monthly Report.

Council approved the following proposals: 

• Greenstar Annual Meeting Date and Agenda
• A.Ends Policy Monitoring Report
• 2024 Annual Audit
• Investment Dividends and Patronage Rebates
• Policy and Procedure Updates per the 2024 New Bylaws Approval:

   Amendments to Policy C.7 – Council Committees

   Amendments to Policy C.8 – Council Investment & Stipends   

Council reviewed the following New Business items:

• B.4 Membership Rights and Responsibilities Policy Monitoring
• B.5 Treatment of Customers Policy Monitoring
• Amendments to the Vote Count Procedure
