8 slices Heidelberg multigrain bread
8 oz. Buttercup cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1 large NY State apple
4 Tbsp Byrne Dairy butter


Butter each slice of bread with 1/2 Tbsp butter.

Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat.

Place 4 slices, butter side down, onto hot griddle. Top each slice with 1/4 of the cheese and a few apple slices. Place the second piece of buttered bread on top.

Cook until the cheese is slightly melted, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and continue to cook about 3 minutes until the bread is toasted and cheese is melted, adjusting the heat as needed to keep the bread from burning.
