GreenStar emphasizes businesses that are local or regional to the Ithaca area. Our team is always seeking to bring in new vendors whose products will excite customers and also meet our purchasing policies.

When choosing to apply to become a vendor, please consider:

GreenStar does not sell items that contain certain ingredients. Please check our Product Line Methodology to be sure your product is a good fit.

GreenStar purchases items from vendors at wholesale prices, so that we can price products comparable to what they would sell for online or at a farmer’s market. Check out this helpful guide to wholesale pricing.

Application Process

As a first step, please complete the online application below. We may require more information about your product once your application has been reviewed.
We receive a high volume of submissions, so please know it may take some time to review your submission. You should receive a response within 30 days.
If your product is not accepted for sale at GreenStar at this time, you may resubmit for consideration after 90 days from date of notice.
