in good standing can apply to be appointed to a vacant seat. Council's practice is to consider an application only
if the applicant has previously attended at least one Council meeting in recent years. Council meets on the second Tuesday of the month, 6:30 to 9:30 pm, typically in

Applicants are also required to complete and submit this form, including the essay questions at the end.
