GreenStar Council News for December 2024
Highlights from the December Council Meeting
At its December regular meeting, Council received information from GreenStar’s Solidarity Fund, GreenStar’s December Partners for Change recipient and received the General Manager’s Monthly Report.
Council approved the following proposals:
- B.8 Logistical Support Policy Monitoring
- C.4 Council Meetings Policy Monitoring
- 2025 Council Training Schedule
- 2025 Operating Budget
- Resolution Verifying Company Officers
Council reviewed the following New Business items:
- B.1.3Q24 Financial Condition Monitoring Report
- B.9 Emergency GM Succession Policy Monitoring Report

From 6:15 – 6:30 PM GreenStar members are invited to join Council members for an opportunity to engage in conversation. This 15 minute period is an “open-mic” format and will be recurring – taking place ahead of the GreenStar Council meeting every second Tuesday of the month.
