GreenStar Council News for December 2025

Highlights from the December Council Meeting

At its December regular meeting, Council received information about Tompkins Learning Partners, GreenStar’s December Partners for Change recipient and received the General Manager’s Monthly Report.

Council approved the following proposals: 

• 2025 Council Training Schedule
• Amend Officer Elections Procedure
• Operational Budget
• B.8 Council Logistical Support Policy Monitoring Report 
• Amend C.8 Council Investment and Stipends Policy
• C.4 Council Meeting Policy Monitoring
• GM Annual Performance Evaluation

Council reviewed the following New Business items:

• B.1.3Q25 Financial Condition Monitoring Report
• B.9 GM Succession Plan Policy Monitoring Report
