Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk powder
6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of sea salt
liquid monk fruit sweetener, to taste

Preparation

Sift together the coconut milk powder and cocoa powder to remove lumps. Add a pinch of salt.

Stir 1/4 cup of mix into 3/4 cup hot water or milk until dissolved.  Add 5-10 drops of monk fruit sweetener (or to taste).

Serving suggestions

Replace monk fruit with sugar to taste. Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne for spice. Mix in coconut MCT oil for a vegan bulletproof option. Add in collagen or butter powder for a (non-vegan) keto cocoa.
