Electronic GreenStar gifts cards are not available. The gift card you are ordering online is a physical gift card that can be picked up in-store or mailed.
GreenStar Food Co+op Gift Cards can be used at all GreenStar Food Co+op store locations, but cannot be used for Instacart orders.
Gift Cards ordered online can only be purchased in the denominations listed in the order form. If you would like another denomination, please visit any of our store locations.
Please include specific instructions in the Special Instructions field if requesting multiple gift cards, and/or email marketing@greenstar.coop.

If you prefer to have the gift card(s) picked up at the store, please enter the NAME of the individual who will pick up the gift card and which STORE LOCATION they will pick it up at – Cascadilla St. Customer Service Desk, DeWitt, or Collegetown – in the Special Instructions field of the online order form, or email marketing@greeenstar.coop after placing your order. The default pickup location is the Customer Service Desk at the Cascadilla St. Store.
Gift Card orders are processed Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM and shipped via USPS. Your order may take up to 72 hours to process in addition to mailing time.
We do not contact individuals to let them know their order has been processed. If you’d like us to contact the recipient to let them know that their gift card is available to be picked up, please leave clear instructions and contact information in the Special Instructions field of the online order form, or email marketing@greenstar.coop after placing your order.
Processing and mailing delays may occur due to holidays.
USPS Priority and USPS Express shipping are not available. Tracking information is not available.
We can mail your gift card(s) to you or directly to your intended recipient. Please include your desired TO and FROM information as well as a complete MAILING ADDRESS.
