Sign up for an Instacart account and shop our online store at instacart.com/greenstar-coop.  Choose your delivery time, and wait for an Instacart driver to bring your groceries to your delivery address. Orders can be placed up to 6 days in advance. Learn more about Instacart on their website here.

GreenStar Co-op delivery is available in zip codes 14850, 14853, 14867, and 14817. To find out if Instacart can deliver to you, visit Instacart.com, create an account, and enter your delivery address. You can choose your delivery time. Orders can be placed up to 6 days in advance.

  • Curbside pickup is available 7 days a week with pickup times scheduled from 11 am to 6 pm.
  • Choose your pick up time. Orders can be placed up to 4 days in advance.
  • Your order will be shopped by GreenStar staff members who know our store well and pay close attention to quality and freshness when shopping for you.
  • Where to pick up: There are 3 marked parking spaces reserved for curbside pickup customers located on the left hand side closest to the store of the first parking lane.

GreenStar prices on Instacart will be the same as regular retail prices in-store. However, items on sale in the store may not be on sale through the Instacart platform. Prices and availability are based on available data feeds, subject to delays or errors, and may change without notice. As a result, the in-store price of a particular item at the time a purchase is made, including for weighted items, may differ from what is available through the Instacart platform.

Instacart is unable to honor GreenStar owner discounts, including FLOWER and owner-volunteer program discounts. You can take advantage of Co+op Deals through Instacart.

To get your online purchases applied toward your patronage, enter your Co-op Owner number in the “Loyalty Card” field under your account.

Yes, if you are a GreenStar Co-op Owner you are able to receive Owner Deals pricing by entering your Co-op owner number as the “loyalty card” number.

If you’re using Instacart Delivery your order will be picked and delivered by Instacart Shoppers.
If you’re using Instacart Curbside Pickup your order will be shopped and brought to your vehicle by a GreenStar staff member.

Please visit the Departments page of the GreenStar Instacart page to see available products. Items that cannot be purchased and delivered through Instacart include: alcoholic beverages, GreenStar’s prepared foods, and in-store sliced or prepared deli products such as meat, cheese, salads, etc.

Instacart accepts all major US credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. Instacart is unable to honor coupons or store credit, or accept EBT. Instacart is unable to honor GreenStar gift cards, but does offer Instacart gift cards.

Instacart delivery fees are based on the distance from our West End store to your delivery address and if the order total is over $35.

Some questions are better handled by Instacart and some by GreenStar; but whoever you contact, we will do our best to resolve your concern or get you in touch with someone who can.

In addition, after each order, you’ll have the chance to leave feedback with Instacart; they’ll send you instructions on how to do that.
