GreenStar Council News for January 2025

Highlights from the January Council Meeting

At its January regular meeting Council seated the newly elected Council members, said farewell to Council members whose terms have expired, and elected the following officers for the 2025 Council year: Marilyn Chase, President; RJ Isley. Vice President; Michael Buffett, Treasurer, Pat Sewell, Secretary. 

Council also received the General Manager’s Monthly Report, and approved the following proposals:

• 3.Q.2024 B.1 – Financial Condition Monitoring Report
• B.9 GM Succession Policy Monitoring Report
• Reappointment of at large members to Council committees

From 6:15 – 6:30 PM GreenStar members are invited to join Council members for an opportunity to engage in conversation. This 15 minute period is an “open-mic” format and will be recurring – taking place ahead of the GreenStar Council meeting every second Tuesday of the month.
