These couldn’t be easier, and they’re so festive.


8 oz. goat cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
pretzel sticks

toppings (your choice):
chopped dried cranberries
chopped scallions
chopped nuts
crushed potato chips
chopped cooked bacon
sesame seeds


In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese using a wooden spoon. Form a heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture into a small ball, and transfer to a small plate or parchment-lined baking sheet; repeat with remaining cheese mixture.

Place toppings on separate plates. Roll some of the balls in each topping. Place a pretzel stick in each ball for serving.
