Place an Order
Bulk, Grocery, Produce, or Wellness Special Orders
Guidelines:
- Special orders are a benefit of membership. If you are not a GreenStar member-owner, please join the Co-op before placing a special order.
- Fill out this form completely and use a separate form for each item ordered.
- You will be contacted when the order is ready for pickup. If you have not been called, the order is not yet ready for pickup.
- Once you have been notified that your special order has arrived, it must be picked up within 7 – 10 days.
- Items that are not stocked in our store may not be returned.
Discount:
- Member-owners receive a 5% discount on case purchases.
- If the item is on sale, no further discounts apply.

Cakes & Cupcakes
Let GreenStar’s Bakery prepare a delicious cake or a variety of tasty cupcakes for your celebration. Choose from the following sizes, cake flavors, and frosting varieties.
- Bakery orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance of your intended pickup date/time.
- Orders may be picked up at any GreenStar store location.

Cupcakes
Order up to 3 dozen cupcakes and up to 3 cake/frosting flavor combinations through our online ordering system. Each cupcake/ frosting flavor combination must be purchased in quantities of 4, 6 or 12 cupcakes. Cupcakes do not have an option for filling.
