GreenStar Council News for September 2025
Highlights from the September Council Meeting
At its September regular meeting, Council received information about No Mas Lagrimas/No More Tears, GreenStar’s September Partners for Change recipient and received the General Manager’s Monthly Report.
Council approved the following proposals:
- Appoint Kaiya Bercow an at large member to the FInance Committee
- B.4 Membership Rights and Responsibilities Policy Monitoring
- B.5 Treatment of Customers Policy Monitoring
- C.8 Council Investment and Compensation
Council reviewed the following New Business items:
- Approve Tellers for the Fall 2025 Elections
- Approve Q.2 2025 B.1 – Financial Condition Policy Monitoring Report
- Approve Draft 2026 Council Budget
- Approve 2026 Auditing Firm
- Approve Draft 2026 Council Work Plan
- Approve Amendments to the Vote Count Procedure per Newly Adopted Bylaws
