In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, GreenStar’s Council (Board of Directors) has canceled its in-person Fall 2021 Annual Meeting. 

Instead, GreenStar will live-stream the Annual Meeting presentation at 6:30 pm on October 21. The livestream, as well as supporting information will be available at greenstar.coop/2021AnnualMeeting.  A recording of the Annual Meeting presentation will be available to view on our website on a date following the Annual Meeting live stream.

All members with email address on file were sent a ballot email on Friday, October 1. Members without a valid email address on file can update their email address for online voting no later than October 24. We encourage you to participate in this voting and election process, and urge you to vote online. 

GreenStar is significantly reducing the use of paper ballots. Paper ballots were mailed to members who requested them during our Spring 2020 voting period. A limited number of paper ballots are available in the stores.
